I'm positive that it could. If cancer cells suppress T cells, a drug could be developed to help to restore T cell function.

Another drug could be developed that inhibits the cancer in mitochondria, effectively starving the cancerous mitochondria.

I am so very hopeful for this.

I hope so. I lost my brother to an extremely rare T cell lymphoma that has a less than 15% survival rate. For those unfortunate enough to get the same diagnosis, I want there to be another option for treatment. Stem cell transplant the only hope for surviving it currently it rarely works for them
