I would simply not disband security services before the Ides of March

Roughly 500 CIA employees are going to be fired imminently, per a former agency officer. If true, this would be biggest purge of the agency in a generation or more.

Seems like a good time for a bunch of old work buddies to go on a camping trip, disconnect & leave their phones at home. Clear their heads, do some target practice, make plans for the future, have long detailed discussions about…nothing in particular.
