They're not the problem. Millionaires and billionaires and big companies are gaming the system but want you to blame some minority group who are working hard to make ends meet, for all their problems.

I place blame where ever it seems justified. Truth is we have many ppl gaming the system, but the rich get away with it more due to lack of enforcement efforts & lawyers. The poorer criminals (usually minorities) r the focus of local law enforcement! Crime is the problem regardless of status!
