At 66 years of age, I realize -- too late to benefit from that realization -- that I'd lived my entire working life with imposter syndrome & an inordinate fear of applying for any job where I'd had the least doubt about my ability to tackle any aspect of it. I now see I'd always been overqualified.🙄
