Forcing people to move on just like that is too hard. The analogy is like "Why don't we live with anything we can with their love? Why don't we fight the sickness together with their love too? Why don't we help the microbes, animals, place, anything and let them know their love moved us?"Like that 🙏
Our body is also included the "other creature". So sometime we make a deal like "body, let me make your thought clear, OK?" Or "let us to recovery, OK?" Or "let us to calm down, OK?" Like that. Usually there are reward like doing hobby or something as a gift. This is a bit hard since its gacha :"v

You can't do anything if you can't feed yourself at all. Not even for one day.
I've been doing this for 2 years now. 300-600 calories every 2-3 days.
So my activities are limited. I have to take long breaks.
None of the old methods (that I used) has had any kind of effect.
I have no energy, strength or stamina anymore. I'm in extremely poor health.
Because of a lack of sleeping and appetite?
