skybridge is a good extension that you can use to follow people who came here from shitter, and the rest is the same as everywhere else - see someone you follow repost sumn cool, follow them, repeat until satisfied

Add a couple feeds for your interests and use those, you'll find people to follow

Also, use blocking more. It's like the 'see less of this' button if it actually worked. That's how I got all the trump stuff off my Discover once that started.

if you want to just refollow the people you already did on twitter you can use that skybridge browser extension (once and never again)

I get you don’t really want to follow people incessantly but this site doesn’t feed the same posts to everyone like twitter does
