But some new structures seem to have accessibility as an afterthought on instead of designed in.
The entrance to the ARoS museum is a long steep ramp of awkwardly dimensioned stairs.

You have to be, if not fit, at least fully capable, to navigate them. Likewise the interior spiral stairs have a very odd hight which requires some concentration.
It just takes more thoughtfulness, creativity and effort.
I wonder if we’re about to see a wave of new inaccessible structures.
It might be one of the few places having an elderly congress benefits us.
