my unfinished business is vast, but today, the 12th day of the #FiberuaryChallenge i am thinking about this 'invisible' ballerina flat toe-up sock i'm developing. all the ones i've found have been top-down and i'm not a fan. 🧶 #knitting #KnitSky

Those look really good! I have shoes that require this type of sock too, and nearly all the socks have AWFUL seams that squish and pinch ☹️
Very nice!
Keep us posted on your progress. I'm intrigued.
What is it about the top-down patterns that you find problematic? I've been contemplating this style for my next pair. 🧶🧦
when i'm making socks, i like to try the first one on to see where the heel will land, and where i want the top of the sock to end on my leg. top-down socks get stretched out at the cuff when you try them on. i also find turning a heel more accurate in toe-up; anchoring part is already there.
