Can confirm. Biking around the city gives you a unique vantage point for seeing drivers and far too many of them are distracted and making frequent, dangerous errors.

The driving while on phones is a complete scourge. I see people of all ages scrolling social media and texting while driving. They are often going 20 miles under the speed limit, straddling two lanes, sitting at green lights, and making last-minute triple lane changes because they are distracted.
