Regarding noice, yes. Regarding pollution, maybe. Each drone carries a lot of electronics including a lithium battery. So, depending on the full calculation, it might or might not be better.
And where I live in the southeast, we get rednecks shooting off their pew-pews and firing off fireworks. People I wouldn't trust with a fucking glowstick.
