Losing 100s of millions in fuel/oil and having to rebuild destroyed oil infrastructure on a near daily basis will eventually make these oil companies not owned by the Russian state bleed a lot of cash. With borrowing rates at 21% plus they are setting themselves up for a grim couple of decades.
That flare on the right likely emitted from a flare stack. Suggests the overpressure in tank and pipe system from rising heat is reaching critical levels. Multiple flare stacks possibly involved, but at least one for sure clearly visible right side (they exclaim over it.)
