"soldiers" seem like an unnecessary bit of context, just there for them to be hated on, especially knowing the fact that they were not even on duty. Reckless driving by anyone is bad, be it soldier or not.

So as expected, this is in the broader picture of evilifying Russian soldiers, historically, when one side tries to show the other side evil/subhuman, they ain't good. It works for driving the hate and keeping morals up, both sides will do so, but it's simply fueling a dark picture.

If the medical staffs of Russian military hospitals had any integrity, they would be leaving dirty sponges inside most of the troops they 'care' for.... At least if their legs swell up and explode, they might not have to go on meat assaults.
