If they wanna stay, they pay. Otherwise they are free to exit.
Also, unrelatedly, the annual €5.5 billion from the EU to Hungary should be reduced by 500 million. Oh hell, why not delete it..
Surely that money can be put to a good cause?
Or we just kick Hungary illegally out of the EU, go to court and pay the fine. Having them out is priceless.
