Trump talking directly to Putin is HUGE security risk. He has access to top secrets and unguarded tongue and low ability to judge what can be said to Putin and what not...
USSR was a super power or at least looked like one for a while. The RF of today sends handcarts and donkeys to the frontline of battle and lost control of an entire naval region to a country without a navy. It’s no more a global superpower than Aeroflot is a leading airline.
