Finland is one of the poorest and hit very hard economically by the war. budget deficit is about 15 billion euros per year, and soon IMF will force huge cuts like greece.

They are one of the wealthiest countries in Europe, and have gained the most from the war, and will be gaining more and more as Europe is relying on Norwegian gas and oil.
Gas and oil excess profit alone are at 114 billion euros depending on the source. The oil fund has spiked massively.
In any case the few billion is nothing. Potential would be massive.
