Seems like just wild guesses at best, Russian propaganda at worst. In reality it's very hard to make such predictions for Ukraine since so much depends on the conclusion of the war, peace agreement, EU membership, reconstruction etc. Too many variables.

Ukraine is in perpetual catastrophe for last 400 years. We will be fine. They want to move all illegal immigrants from the US and Europe to us, that is all.
