US has supplied Ukraine with weapons that they produced
A huge increase, but still can do better. I would say at least a 4% preferably 5% across the board of members.
EU comes close to a superpower in capacity and capability.
EU nuclear program under such funding give 100-200 nukes within decade, and multiple delivery platforms.
