The acts and the funding were before T so the burden of proof this was an official action of his office he most likely couldnβt prove. In addition, foreign workers may then have their home country create retaliation to USA. Last, scotus may be testing trumps loyalty to them.
The court denied Trump's request to block Washington-based District Judge Amir Ali's order that had set a firm deadline for the administration's release of funding to contractors and recipients of grants from the U.S. Agency for International Development and the State Department for their past work.
