Ik leg het verkeerd uit denk ik. Polen zou niet zelf mogen beslissen om deze wapens in te zetten. Dat zou een centraal EU besluit moeten zijn. Geldt overigens voor elk land wat mij betreft. Frankrijk heeft deze wapens als dus daar kunnen we niets aan veranderen.
