I know what an Oreshnik is, and this could resemble one failing during launch before MIRV separation in orbit and burning up in the atmosphere. But yeah, you’re probably right—it’s likely just a meteor. The "light show" would look more like a Starship failure if it was an ICBM burning up in atmos.
Well, a green or blue burn usually means magnesium or iron, which satellite do use both, but meteorites most commonly are made of iron (or rock with iron in it), which this does look like
