Nope. Chad’s flag and Romania’s flag have the same colour sequence except for subtle differences in the shades of red and blue. Grok is correct. Romanian dude posted the wrong flag (Chad) for his country.

Importantly they’re visually identical, but represented by different code points (numbers basically) in Unicode. So while a human can’t tell the difference, a software program could.
Someone living anywhere except Romania or Chad could easily make that mistake, but someone running for the position of president of one of them should know the difference! 🤣
