Very expressive. Even basic smiles and the way the colors are is lively. I can see an Artwork by you and just by seeing those two aspects, it's practically a trademark to know it's you.

I just find it therapeutic to go over the lines a bajillion times so they end up relatively clean I guess 🤣

Its funny bc I actually want to make them a lil bit messier but its hard for my brain to let me do that

Whenever I see your art, I always call it light-hearted mainly because of the colors. Simple yet soft. And funny enough, even on memes with really wild expressions, the colors are still soft. That contrast is pretty unique I'd say 😆

I do think the structure of how you draw faces is pretty distinct

I just do whatever feels nice for me to look at, and if that translates to simple & lighthearted then that means I'm doing something right bc that's the vibe I'd like to go for 🥹

to me, i think it's your lineart in general ? your lines are thick and sharp, it gives depth to your characters, which also makes their facial expressions so good too ! (looking at rean right now hAHA)

I remember looking for refs for a character and I saw your art and went "Hey, its Appel!" so basically for me its the way you do your eyes, your expressions, and the colors you choose. Everything just comes together organically. (I can't find the right word atm >.< )
