Looks fun indeed, though as an aside I wonder why a decade of MIT Platform Studies has evaded publishing anything on Sega consoles while publishing some 5 books on Nintendo consoles (even as they rake the company over the coals therein). Whatever the case might be, here's to 1980s platform studies.

That would be awesome. Ashamed to say I don't think I'm qualified to such an undertaking. But I do notice phenomena like American "retro" gamers starting to realize again hat the Sega Saturn has really good games, Sega's big cinematic and television push next year, and so forth.
