It's a grave error on judgment for rebel forces to allow Russian troops to leave Syria.
Hold them as POWs in exchange for Assad.
Assad must stand trial.
List of demands: 1) Give up Assad 2) Complete unconditional withdrawal of all Russian forces from Ukraine
Then Putin can have his troops back
