If you're trying to avoid fallout, you want to go deeper and have a solid layer of lead above you instead of porous, water retaining soil. 600m is suggested, but unfeasible. Still, avoid anything above you that irradiated water will leak through, & that ceiling is too thin.

did I miss the gym, sauna, swiming pool,games room and theater complex in that bunker. Might have to live down there for some time. Also may need a hidden security camera with back up periscope so know when safe to emerge. Also a way to generate power and a satalite communication system.
