Wow, The WALL STREET JOURNAL's crack reporters didn't even bother to check WHO'S WHO #22 to verify that Swamp Thing's weight is 317 pounds, NOT 600.

I love the illustration.

It feels like something a satire of the WSJ would do. And the likeness is is perfectly off-kilter...

It’s pretty much proof that whoever was assigned to do the Artist’s rendering was either rushed to draw it without reference, or refused to research the character & just chose the closest green character to make.

Gawd, what a run. I still recommend this to people today. Blew my mind in 8th grade. And the Batman stuff around issue 50 (?) where Bats threatens to kill Swampy if he overgrowths Gotham again. Swampy played along but you could tell he wasn't sweating it.
The covers were all grand, too. Perfect.
