The money stayed in the the US. It paid businesses like Lockheed Martin in Camden, Arkansas to make HIMARS which we then gave to Ukraine to fck Russians.

The US gives used equipment to Ukraine, then takes the money appropriated to pay ourselves back to buy newer weapons...for us. So, we also benefit from giving money to Ukraine.

The U.S. has not "sent money to Ukraine." We have paid American arms manufacturers for weapons and munitions to be sent to Ukraine. American arms manufacturers (and American workers) have benefited from our aid to Ukraine.

Depends on the Republicans. The neoliberal Republicans have been staunch supporters of Ukraine, but the neoreactionary Republicans have been radicalized by Russian and Falun Gong propaganda for sure.

The neoliberal group still sucks, just not for this specific reason.
