It's not the basement. We live here to keep an ear and eye out to help Grandma if/when she needs. Dylan's parents lived here before us. We sacrificed our downpayment on a new home and gave it to Dylan's parents to buy their dream home. Dylan never mentions that part cause it makes us look awesome.
