Kagi ($10 a month) is apparently excellent and pays for itself if an optimal search engine is important to you.

I thought I was the only one! It’s totally worth it to me. When I search without it I’m shocked at how bad Google or Bing is. I’ve got one browser with ChatGpt search extension. It’s very useful for some searches, others just hilarious. I’ve tried perplexity as search engine but kagi seems better.
