Make it not free. Charge higher from desi 🙂. They will appreciate more. In fact, charge by the minute to avoid arguments

In recent years, Desi startup founders have been touchy and thin skinned to the levels that I'm seriously considering just politely refusing to give free advice to any Desi founders in the future.

P.S. obviously, not all Desi founders. I've had some who are the textbook perfect entrepreneurs in every way. This is just about the central tendency of the group.

I’ve actually had universally bad experiences with Indian founders, I try to avoid companies with Indian hiring managers now like the plague
