People misuse the word genocide when they want to provoke a strong reaction to an otherwise trivial event. It's no different than someone trying to claim a playful wink as "rape".

The only negative thing about IRS was the curriculum, which tried to get them to dump their indian ways and adopt our ways.
Thus far, every claim they have made with IRS has been debunked when properly investigated.
