I’m sure you probably want to drink until you pass out and stay under the covers, but the best thing you can do for yourself is walk it off (or something more intense—get an actual sweat going and your blood pumping). Eat real food and sleep.
I am trying to stay positive. The thing is that, in isolation it wouldn't hit that hard, I know I did my best. But there's a couple of non work related things, and the thing that may get my licence suspended, that are going on that make it seem like the world's ending.
This is where your well developed compartmentalization skills become critical. One piece at a time, sending you good energy while you work through the muck
