I’m not allowed to require masks, so I try to create a culture of care so ppl will voluntarily. I model doing so, & I stress not coming to class if you are ill. If there are windows I can open, I do! But I teach at the Stamford campus (near NYC) in a bldg downtown so there usually isn’t 😭
