This actually is a feature. It insentivises you to make friends with people from different parts of the world to get and trade these cards.

Yes! I’ve gotten Chinese, Japanese, French, and Italian cards. I’m always looking for foreign language cards in wonder pick! There’s a tab on these card you can tap to see how many you have in each language. They’re so fun to collect.

Love the foreign language cards available through Wonder picks! They'll remain in your collection in the other language, and if you decide to exchange for a flair, be sure you don't exchange it (you'll get to choose).

I haven't figured out how to add them to a playing deck, yet, though.

No problem! Pretty sure it will default to choose cards in your language to sacrifice, but I still double-check.
