It's absurdly hard to even stand as an MP.

I used to think I wasn't smart enough to go into politics.
I'd flirted with standing as a councillor.
The more I've learned of UK politicians the more I think I'm not so daft after all.

The Internal Markets bill is sure to over ride that for Big Data, Peter Thiel and big donations for Labour. Starmer’s cabinet has received more than £500,000 in donations from lobbyists, hedge funds and private equity firms linked to the private healthcare sector since 2023. Starmer is also desperate for a trade deal with the USA even if that involves opening up the NHS to their private providers.
