The Quetzalli set is probably the closest thing to a canon combat set for him, i adore the Aiming/Scouting sets

There is a a 'Replica Sky Pirate Jacket of Striking' that is equipable by any class. All Sky Pirate gear got replicas which are free to equip by amyone!
