I've thought about this an debated it as an investment given we have 4 girls who may very well change their last names when/if they marry. What's your take on that?
Didn't even think about that for my daughter but I should have. I guess I don't even want to think about her getting married 😭. Does seem like changing names is becoming less common and can always 301 redirect?
Yeah, it could be redirected. It probably depends when they got married. My mother-in-law uses her maiden name because she went through dental school and started her practice with it. I got married right after college and didn't have a career established so didn't think twice about changing it.
