its using sunshine (windows) and moonlight (vita), its not exactly stable though (for me, anyway) so ymmv

ok it was user error on my part, i turned my settings down (960x544 resolution, 8000 bitrate) and it's a lot more stable now. text might be a little small but as long as you keep your expectations in check it's viable
