Almost 4 months of going to the gym. My numbers haven't improved a whole lot, but my increased muscle mass is starting to become way more apparent, which is fun!
OK, NOW it has been two whole months of working out. Across the board, I've nearly doubled my starting weight on every exercise I've done! 🎉
