I'm right there with you, I was kinda meh on the WiiU from the start, but that first trailer convinced me to grab that subpar console day 1 😅

Funny thing is, in a way, X is responsible for getting me into the series indirectly, because they put Xenoblade 1 on the Wii U virtual console ahead of its release.
And that how I first played it (only £15 too, that VC was an absolute steal).
Then I played X the Christmas after it came out.

Honestly im not the biggest Xenoblade fan, but damn X had a world I had a delight in exploring and will be happily adventuring through it again.

I hate that thing so much and not even in an endearing way like with the 3DS where I value parts of it's hardware impact on game design
