I always sound hyperbolic when discussing Outer Wilds but I genuinely think the ending sequence pushes it to ‘generationally important piece of art’ territory. When I had finished and taken a pause I knew that the game would become one of the foundational texts in studying the medium.

They do it excellently! Would also recommend doing it before the end if you can at this point, while it’s definitely best to finish the DLC right before you finish the base game (there’s added stuff if you have) I’d strongly note it doesn’t REPLACE but EXTENDS the original games ending. Do it all!😉
