Are you on Android? Unfortunately the in-app video editor and camera feature are only available on iOS.

If you do have an iOS phone, I recommend updating the application via the Apple app store! Because you should have access.

There was one a couple days ago to fix some issues with videos freezing.

The next Android specific update will likely be the video editor and then Android will be caught up feature-wise with iOS!
