sorry for commenting on old post but yeaa fuse aint an innocent guy, mags is totally in the right to be pissed at him, i like that about them. i can see why fuse joined the games and also see why mags would see that as a backstab. sometimes i think ppl forget theyre in a literal bloodsport for money

Mad Maggie, or Mags, was Fuse’s childhood best friend from Slavo, they had a major falling out (resulting in Fuse getting his arm blown off) when he joined the Apex Games and left her.

Basically they yelled at each other a bit, it’s implied Maggie had been drinking, and one thing lead to another (a grenade having its pin pulled and tossed at Fuse).
