280 g flour + for dusting

150 g sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 large egg
1 tsp lemon extract (I skipped the vanilla + almond extract for a lighter-tasting cookie)
For the icing, just wing it. Add water gradually to icing sugar.

- I added more flour (by feel because the dough's quite sticky)
- I froze the cut-out dough for about 30 minutes before baking, otherwise it might not hold its shape
- Just keep an eye on them in the oven and take them out when the edges are slightly toasty
Why are they called Taehyung's cookies?
If I use vanilla instead, would it be the same measurement as the lemon extract?
