I hate spinach. I use kale in everything that calls for spinach and it’s just better. It’s like…not chocolate cake. But it’s a fine vegetable with many uses.
Honestly I love it cooked or uncooked. Uncooked it has to be a lil softened by a good vinegarette or slaw type dressing.
