You mean, some people, whose state intentionally gave a poor education which led to them being easily duped by con artists, chose for themselves and their children to not get vaccinated, which then broke herd immunity protection for those who cannot get vaccinated or for whom it wasn’t effective.

Not everyone who is unvaccinated is that way by choice - it's important that people who can be vaccinated are to prevent transmission to those who can't be. (And its not a child's choice not to be vaccinated either).
