If you read American history, actual American history that tells you what the US has done to its own people and millions around the world, that patriotism is hard to sustain.

The problem I'm seeing with leftists is they want others to hate America as much as they do but I'm sorry that's not going to happen and also that's no way to improve politics. We need people to love this country and want to make it better. This era has actually made me more patriotic.
