In all the time it has existed
WHEN HAS IT HAD A DATA LEAK?
Google and Meta (and X) have data leaks all the time with accounts getting stolen/compromised.
But not once have you seen TikTok tell users their data has been leaked.

Technically we don’t know what it does behind the curtain… but do we really know what any of these apps do? Do you trust Twitter or Facebook? Because I don’t… they use our data and infiltrate our devices however they please without any consequences.

The only thing we can be sure of is the most powerful AIs we can build (by using AI) will be trained on all of it to target marketing our way, and adjust our insurance rates/job prospects/etc.
I just wish we hadn't chosen to dismantle our democracy as it evolves.

Yeah marketing is actually not the worst but if it is used to impact our insurance and basically future, and will start predicting stuff for us before we even know it then it will be completely unethical.
