I agree wholeheartedly that it is still worth fighting the fight legally, wherever possible...with the *massive* caveat that one must be VERY CLEAR both with oneself and with others that we are well past the point where the law is going to be enough to hold the fascists back.
No, but promoting it as an actual solution is pollyanna bullshit. The law is only one tool, and an inadequate one at that.
If you view using the law as a tool to *slow them down*, then that's rational and supportable. But as a *solution* to the problem? Absolutely not. This is beyond the law.
And that, right there, is the problem. By the time the centrists realize how dire the situation actually is, we'll be locked in to millions upon millions of deaths.
But it won't matter to me, because they'll have come for me and everyone I care about long before centrists clue in.

I think the time for anything more revolutionary is near.
If I was American, in America, and I didn't already own firearms, I now would.
