Please try fried garlic on clarified butter like ghee .. is the best medicine for a sore throat.. and if u add some lime or lemons, it is the perfect top to eat with bread or pastas.. just put the ghee or olive oil , the fried garlics, and some non fried and some lemons on the food processor..

That does sound good! The citrus some nice tang—I like to add lime or calamansi juice to garlic noodles.
